How we pack your hatching eggs

Packing

We carefully de-stack the pallets of hatching eggs you supply and pack the eggs in new boxes. This improves hygiene, reduces the risk of damage and prepares each shipment optimally for onward transport.

Box turning

Would you like the hatching eggs to be turned before they go on (long-distance) transport? No problem. After packing, we can automatically turn the boxes, ensuring the air cell remains correctly positioned.

Box printing

We label your boxes with all relevant information about the eggs and their destination. In addition, we can generate Air Waybill (AWB) labels for air freight shipments and print them directly on the box. This prevents miscommunication, speeds up handling and minimises errors throughout the chain.

Transport protection

We automatically stack the packed hatching eggs onto a pallet at any desired height and carefully wrap the pallet with protective film. Optionally, we can provide additional protection using corner protectors or trailers equipped with dunnage bags to secure the load.
